Products remain the property of Biome Elements until full payment is received. By purchasing a product from Biome Elements, you agree to pay all charges associated with the product(s) purchased. As soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you.
All orders placed by you are non-cancellable and subject to acceptance by Biome Éléments. Biome Éléments reserves the right to reject any order placed by you and/or to limit the quantities of any order. Notwithstanding any order confirmation or other communication sent by Biome Elements, your order will not be considered accepted until the products ordered have been shipped. Our products are available for purchase as long as they are listed on our website and quantities are available. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated during the order process. Delivery dates may be revised at any time for reasons beyond our control. Biome Elements shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by the foregoing. In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent with full details. No claims for quantity, condition, loss or damage will be accepted after thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Your order may be shipped in multiple shipments.
Product prices do not include shipping and handling charges. Biome Elements will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment. Shipping costs are fixed and include packaging, postage and handling. The risk of loss or damage to the product(s) in transit rests with you. In the event of damage or loss in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Special care is taken with each parcel to ensure customer satisfaction.

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to exercise your right to a refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) along with your original sales receipt. Please note that no returns will be accepted if more than one third of the product has been used.
If you feel that you have received the product in poor condition, or if the packaging has been tampered with, you can request a replacement by sending us an e-mail with the necessary details and we will arrange for new packaging to be delivered to you at no extra charge.
